The effect is dramatic, giving a much more refreshed and young look to the entire face. The treatment opens up the eyes and removes that heavy and tired look with results that are long-lasting.

At ARC in addition to Asian eye treatment, we offer three eye procedures carried out under local anesthesia with no pain.

• Mesotherapy:
  This cost-effective treatment is suitable only for ‘bags’ under the eyes, not wrinkles. It involves only two treatments of multiple tiny injections of a fat-dissolving substance into the eye bags. There may be some redness, swelling and irritation for up to three days.
• Lower Lid Blepharoplasty (LLB):
  This one-hour procedure is used to treat wrinkles under the eyes. It involves making a small incision below the eyes and removing any loose skin. Where there are fatty ‘bags’, this procedure can be combined with Mesotherapy, as described above. There is no scarring, but bruising may last for up to one week.
• Upper Lid Blepharoplasty (UBL):
  This one-hour procedure removes loose skin (‘hoods’) and fatty ‘bags’ above the eyes. A small incision is made at the crease above the eyes and an ellipse of skin removed. A few tiny stitches are then inserted. There will be some swelling and bruising which can give a mild ‘black eye’ look. The stitches are removed after four days. The entire healing process is quite fast, requiring only about 10 days. There is minimal scarring as the incision is made in the fold of the skin and can hardly be noticed. UBL can be combined with lower lid treatment and/or Mesotherapy.
