Where can I use it?

Lips can be made fuller and smoother with better definition, facial contours can be improved by reducing the folds between the nose and mouth and by lifting drooping eyebrows, thereby ‘opening up’ the face for a more youthful appearance. It is also useful for treating unsightly acne and chicken pox scars.

How long does it last?

The visible results of treatment can last up to twelve months, depending on the individual. In general, follow-up treatment is needed after six to twelve months.

How does it work?

Teosyal® is administered by a small injection that fills up the specific wrinkled facial area by replenishing the substance in the skin that stops wrinkles appearing, restoring the elasticity and firmness of the skin. Treatment consists of a small injection of up to four units per area treated. The effect is instantaneous for a younger and refreshed look. In general, follow-up treatment is needed after six to twelve months.

Will it hurt?

To minimize discomfort, an anaesthetic cream is applied to the area to be treated. For the lips, a local anaesthetic injection will effectively put you in a relaxed state and ensure that the procedure is painless.
